Located in an ideal area, close to the city center and neighboring shopping malls, New Season Square Hotel is a great choice for those who love to shop and dine. the hotel also boasts very spacious and modern rooms with a cozy bed, central air conditioning, and a well-equipped gym. the staff is very welcoming and quick in response to concerns, making the service impeccable. Buffet breakfast features a large variety of delicious cuisines from around the world that cater to everyone’s tastes.

The hotel does not provide all the basic amenities within the room, making it necessary to call the reception for additional items.

One minor issue I encountered during my stay at New Season Square Hotel - Sha Plus was the absence of a rubber mat for the tub.

The hotel is recently built and really modern. the rooms are spacious and clean, offering a good night's rest. Its location is ideal to explore the city, located near a bustling shopping plaza and street markets. the staff is attentive and friendly, ready to assist guests with their needs.

Although it may not be a huge deal, the hotel should consider upgrading its amenities by providing items like room slippers and dental hygiene kits. if the hotel places thicker walls, it would provide visitors with more privacy due to somewhat thin walls.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Lee Gardens Hotel, where all the action is. The location was excellent, with street food, restaurants, and halal options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even gave me a room with a king-size bed, which was perfect for my needs. The hotel itself was new and well-maintained, providing a safe and secure parking area. I felt that I got great value for my money, making it a worthwhile choice for my visit to Hadyai. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff provided excellent service, and even allowed me to check in early. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were just perfect. it was a top-notch experience.
